Collected Euromanifestos
Between 2002 and 2005 we have been able to store 81% of all Euromanifestos, ranging from 48% in Italy up to 100% in twelve countries.
Moreover, we have developed a 
database that stores all Euromanifestos collected.

Coded Euromanifestos
The expert coding of EM has started in September 2002 and has been completed, for the first six European Parliament elections between 1979 and 2004 – in June 2005. For doing this, we have recruited one to three experts for each country. These coders have been gathered for a conference to discuss and to train the application of the EMCS at the MZES, Mannheim/Germany, July 4-7, 2002 ( Program of the conference pdf). Expert coders from the accession countries (2004) have been trained in the context of a second coding conference at the MZES, Mannheim/Germany, Mai 20-23, 2004 ( Program of the conference pdf).
